Help! Does anyone know about a graphics card that has a 2.0 pixel shader and a 2.0 vertex shader.?

Help! Does anyone know about a graphics card that has a 2.0 pixel shader and a 2.0 vertex shader and has at least 256mb of memory? But it can NOT be a pci express card just a normal pci card NOT pci express.

I need a new graphics card to play/mod battlefield 2142 but don't have a pci express motherboard.
