I have an intel 101ggc motherboard with ATI x200 express integrated graphics card and a PCIe x16 slot. Will nVidia 8600GT work with my motherboard with ATI chipset? If not which ATI card is equal to the 8600GT?

ATI don't make motherboard chipsets, only graphics devices. Seeing as how installing a video card disables any onboard graphics devices (like the ATI express), it doesn't matter if that video card is an ATI or NVIDIA.

Yes, this should not make any difference. I have run ATI graphics cards on mb with Nvidia chipsets. The reverse should also be true. Otherwise half the computers in the world wouldn't work right!

The 8600Gt should work fine wit your ati chipset, as long as ur not trying to sli it. And just incase you are not sure, get the ati radeon hd 2600 (very similar to the 8600GT)
