my graphics were awesome for about a year now, but suddently they suck! for example im watching a trailer onyahoo movies and the graphs suck. any one help me please?

You probably need to update your video card. Technology has changed alot in a year. Try playing a game or a video you watched when it was working good and see if it still looks good. If so chances are your video card needs to be upgraded. Fairly cheap and easy to do.
