i want a graphics card, for price range @ maximum 55 dollars(U.S.) that has to be atleast better than the xfx 5200 256 MB card while it should be agp with atleast 128 MB of memory. it can be a nvidia or ATI whatever is better...please advise... also tell me if ATI 9600 SE 128 MB(company refurbished) is better than the 5200 card..please provide comparisons...thanx.

As for the video card, I have one for both nVidia and ATI (mostly because you didn't specify which company) so you can get an idea.
