BFG - GeForce 6200 OC Graphics Card?

If I buy this graphics card will it meet the miniumum specs for games like oblivion or call of duty 4?

Let's see the requirement of those 2 games:

Oblivion:

minimum: 128MB Direct3D compatible video card

recommanded:..., Nvidia GeForce 6800 series, ...

since 6200 (not the TC version) has min memory of 128 MB, It meets the min requirement.

Call of duty 4:

min: DirectX 9-compliant Shader 3.0 card with 128 MB of DDR Video Memory (256 MB recommended) AGP 8x or PCI-Express x16

well, 6200 supports directX 9.0c so your card pass the min test.

The GeForce 6200 OC version :P passes both min requirement. I assume that your pc also meets other hardware requirements for the 2 games, then you can basically "run" the games. Anyway I don't think you will like the frame rate of it. I highly doubt it will run at playable frame rate even in low setting.

You should use a better card than that. Try check the Tom Hardware site to find the right card for you :)
